**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience in Regulatory-Veeva. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Veeva and a good understanding of Research and Development. This hybrid role requires excellent technical expertise and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of Veeva solutions to meet regulatory requirements + Oversee the development and maintenance of Veeva applications + Provide technical guidance and support to the development team + Ensure the quality and performance of Veeva applications + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements + Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and reliability of Veeva solutions + Monitor and troubleshoot Veeva applications to resolve any issues + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Veeva and regulatory technologies + Document technical specifications and user guides for Veeva applications + Conduct training sessions for team members on Veeva best practices + Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards + Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies + Support the integration of Veeva applications with other systems and platforms **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in Regulatory-Veeva with 5 to 9 years of experience + Have a good understanding of Research and Development domain skills + Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills + Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities + Show proficiency in developing and maintaining Veeva applications + Display knowledge of best practices in Veeva implementation and support + Have experience in leading technical teams and projects + Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model + Be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet regulatory requirements + Stay updated with the latest advancements in Veeva and related technologies + Be able to document technical specifications and user guides clearly + Have the ability to conduct training sessions for team members + Be proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues. **Certifications Required** Veeva Certified Administrator Veeva Vault Platform Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
