**Job Summary (ISG)** We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Veeva Safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Research and Development. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain-specific skills to drive impactful solutions. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the implementation and configuration of Veeva Safety solutions to meet client requirements. + Oversee the integration of Veeva Safety with other systems to ensure seamless data flow. + Provide expert guidance on best practices for utilizing Veeva Safety in Research and Development environments. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. + Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on Veeva Safety functionalities. + Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Veeva Safety in a timely manner. + Create detailed documentation for system configurations processes and user guides. + Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency. + Support the development of custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. + Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. + Ensure data integrity and security within the Veeva Safety platform. + Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for task completion. **Qualifications** + Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience with Veeva Safety. + Demonstrate strong expertise in Research and Development processes. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Show proficiency in system integration and data management. + Have a proven track record of successful project implementations. + Display strong communication and training skills. + Be adept at creating comprehensive documentation. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations. + Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model. + Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. + Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues. + Show commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. + Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
