Job Title: VDI SME (Subject Matter Expert)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update security agents on VDI infrastructure and software on VDI images (VDAs).

Manage and support VDI environments, including sizing, image maintenance (merging, consolidation, deletion), and delivery group configuration.

Implement and update VDI security policies using AppSense or similar tools.

Troubleshoot Citrix, Windows/Linux OS, security tools, VMs, and hardware issues; escalate when necessary.

Perform OS (Windows/Linux), firmware, and security patching and updates.

Work with Nutanix and NetScaler platforms.

Join incident calls, update support tickets promptly, and escalate issues as needed.

Experience Required:

6–8 years as a VDI SME.

Hands-on experience with Nutanix, NetScaler, and Citrix.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.

Experience with VDI security tools like AppSense.
