Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated BIM/VDC Specialist to support our project teams by providing detailed models and documentation necessary to complete project scopes. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage and maintain BIM processes while ensuring effective project documentation and communication.
ResponsibilitiesProvide models and documents necessary to complete scope as determined with VDC/BIM leadership and project teams.Assemble 3D content modeled by others and model any content not provided.Learn and maintain a productive and efficient BIM process.Create and maintain clear and effective project documentation, such as meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and constraint logs.Support operations with the RFI process for BIM-related items.Maintain working relationships with subcontractors and project teams.Assume responsibility for learning the VDC processes and standards; apply them to assigned projects.Read and comprehend construction documents and project BIM requirements and apply them to VDC processes.Incorporate design updates into project models.Analyze construction documents and models, looking for errors and omissions, and make corrections as necessary.Support operations with self-perform model management and layout.Essential SkillsProficiency in structure design, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Tekla.Ability to perform work accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in MS Office.Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a construction-related field.2+ years of construction or related experience.2+ years of BIM-related experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Tekla Software, Trimble SketchUp, and BIM-related tasks.Self-Perform Concrete Experience: Demonstrated expertise in managing VDC processes specifically for self-perform concrete projects, ensuring accurate coordination.Practical experience in modeling, detailing, and managing concrete work within a self-perform environment.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.21 - $48.08/hr.
