Job Description
This position is an onsite role based in Boise, ID, supporting construction efforts with advanced BIM/VDC technologies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project planning, coordination, and execution by leading the implementation and management of these technologies.
ResponsibilitiesLead onsite implementation and management of BIM/VDC technologies to support project planning, coordination, and execution.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models aligned with project standards and goals.Integrate BIM into scheduling, estimating, clash detection, and quality control to minimize conflicts and enhance efficiency.Facilitate data exchange, 3D model coordination, and issue tracking using tools like Navisworks and Newforma Konekt.Train team members, support technology adoption, and evaluate new BIM tools and workflows.Ensure model accuracy, construction readiness, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Serve as the primary BIM/VDC contact for clients and project teams, providing clear and professional communication.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and Navisworks with 3-5 years of experience and a proficiency level of 7/10.1+ years of experience working on large-scale commercial, mission-critical, or industrial projects.Experience with BIM implementation and coordination.Familiarity with Bluebeam, Dynamo, Procore, and semiconductor projects.Additional Skills & Qualifications3-5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or VDC Lead.Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM360.Ability to model and perform clash detection in Revit and Navisworks.Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.Experience in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.Work Environment
The role is based in Boise, ID, onsite at the Micron data center. You will work primarily in a trailer onsite with a team of BIM Coordinators. The environment includes both office work, requiring the ability to sit, stand, and use technology for extended periods, and construction site work, requiring the ability to stand, walk, and move around the site for extended periods.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.50/hr.
