Duties & Scope: + BIM modeling of construction systems + Understand BIM scope of work + Prepare model content for VDC coordination meetings + Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines through VDC coordination meetings + Create shop drawings to provide to the field + Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication + Understand single line diagrams and construction drawings + Potential field site visits with the possibility of being stationed on a project site + Work with Superintendents and field personnel to understand installation means and methods + Provide top service to our clients with consistent and concise communication Qualifications + 3-5 years BIM experience + Knowledge of Autodesk production software (Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Point Layout, BIM 360) + Dedication to learning, expanding knowledge and continuous improvement + Superior organizational and communication skills + Problem solver with a strong work ethic + Able to work with teams, supervisors and direct reports + Motivated to complete tasks on time and on budget + Mechanical Systems background preferred but not required Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k) plan, short & long term disability insurance, life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off.
