What we are looking for:
As a Global Collateral Officer, you will play an instrumental role in supporting the Global Audit Manager and the wider VCF Global team. Your primary focus will be to lead and manage the inventory inspection process within our Structured Inventory Product (SIP) business—ensuring operational excellence and robust risk management. Additional responsibilities include risk management of the receivables deals (Securitization, ABL, Receivables Purchase etc.) ensuring timely completion of collateral audits, provide recommendations for remediations and collaborate with various stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure our collateral and data quality is safeguarded.
In this multifaceted role, you will contribute to all 3 pillars (inventory, receivables and payables), while driving forward initiatives in innovation, due diligence, reporting, and control.
The Function & Role:VCF’s global mission is to deliver a comprehensive suite of working capital solutions that empower clients to unlock liquidity and drive growth. With a strategic focus on Structured Inventory Products (SIP), securitized asset-based lending, receivables purchase, finance, and discounting, asset-based lending (ABL), portfolio finance, and supplier finance, VCF offers both integrated and standalone product options tailored to client needs and suitability.

Skills & Experience Required:Top ResponsibilitiesLead planning and execution of inventory inspections across global regions;
Serve as the primary contact for inspection vendors, including onboarding and pricing discussions;
Review inspection reports and collaborate with teams to address findings;
Support collateral audits for receivables and assist with ad-hoc assessments;
Support the originations and structuring teams on new deals from an audit/due diligence angle, including recommendations impacting the structure of the deals;
Contribute to innovation projects, including dashboard development and workflow optimization;
Share insights and updates in team meetings and with senior stakeholders;

Accounting/field exam background, including knowledge of inventory/warehouse inspections;
Knowledge and understanding of asset based products such a structured inventory (including commodities), securitization, ABL, monetization etc.;

Bachelor degree (BS or BA) in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
Relevant work experience, in an audit/consulting/field exam and/or banking environment.
