As the VBU Operations Billing Manager, you’ll be the subject matter expert at the heart of Vodafone’s business customer billing operations.You’ll lead the charge in ensuring that billing is accurate, timely, and aligned with customer expectations—while also driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and analytics. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver seamless billing experiences that support customer satisfaction and commercial success. You’ll be responsible for managing billing performance, resolving incidents, supporting transformation programmes, and ensuring governance and compliance are always front and centre. Whether you’re attending customer meetings as a billing SME, leading on billing strategy, or supporting new product onboarding, your work will directly influence how Vodafone delivers value to its business customers.Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a confident, analytical leader with deep operational expertise and a passion for customer excellence.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Strong experience in telecoms billing operations, ideally with complex billing environmentsExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsA proven track record in driving continuous improvement and managing changeStrong analytical skills and commercial awarenessExperience working with third-party vendors, offshore teams, and cross-functional stakeholdersA deep understanding of customer billing requirements and a customer-first mindsetProficiency in MS Office and comfort working in a fast-paced, operational environment(Desirable) Knowledge of payments, credit risk, and data analytics(Desirable) Experience in customer engagement and people managementWhen choosing us:
