Get to Know Your Team: UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 432 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities Works under minimal supervision with the physicians and peers to perform ultrasound imaging exams, exam protocols, accreditation, operations, and facilitation of equipment maintenance. Qualifications Job Requirements: Associate’s degree in Ultrasound Technology and/or the following licenses or certifications: (ARDMS) American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RVT) Registered Vascular Technologist or obtain within 6 months of hire or transfer into the position (BLS) certification, course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) by the first day of employment
