Job DescriptionLead Regional VAS Field Marketing with a focus in demand generation and market awareness for Issuing and Risk and Identity SolutionsOversee planning and execution of all field marketing activities for Visa Value-Added Services in the region, ensuring initiatives support business growth and priorities. Engage Regional Leadership in GTM and Sales in as a marketing partnerCollaborate closely with regional sales, product, and executive leaders across the VAS and Financial Services ecosystem to align marketing programs with business goals, drive net new revenue opportunities, and cross-sell and upsell solutions. Adapt and Execute VAS Financial Institutions Marketing Plans in the regionTranslate Business Unit, Solutions and product priorities into actionable regional marketing plans, leveraging content and best practices to drive awareness, demand generation, and partner engagement across Issuing, Processing, Core Banking, Loyalty, Digital, and Risk and Identity solutions. Event Activation - Lead the planning and execution of key industry and Visa-hosted events, including pre-event positioning, onsite activation, and post-event follow-up to maximize client engagement and pipeline growth. Content Localization and Development -Drive localization and adaptation of marketing and sales content to meet unique regional and customer needs, and develop region-specific materials to support sales and partner conversations. Measure and Optimize - Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, using insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.

12 plus years of progressively responsible experience in B2B marketing or communications, preferably within Financial Services, Payments, or Technology sectors.

Deep experience in marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, demand generation, and launching new products and solutions.

Proven ability to engage, influence, and partner with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of the financial services audience, including banks, issuers, processors, fintechs, and risk management stakeholders.

Executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present and influence at all levels.

Highly collaborative, energetic, and solutions-oriented, adds value to team and organizational culture.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, data-driven with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Culturally aware, with experience working across global and regional teams

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 152,200.00 to 220,850.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
