Job Title: Varsity Soccer Coach Department: Athletic Supervisor: Athletic Director & Assistant Principal-Student Life Location: Onsite - Junipero Serra High School, San Mateo, CA FLSA Status: Part-Time Compensation: $17.95 per hour plus $7221.00 stipend for 2025 - 2026 School Year About Junípero Serra High School: Junipero Serra High School is a Catholic college preparatory for boys. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: ? Supports the fundamental philosophy, skills and techniques for the program ? Maintains a knowledge of all sport, school, league, section and state rules and by-laws ? Foster training in conduct, ethics and sportsmanship for all athletes and coaches ? Supervision of the athletes before, during and after workouts ? Shall continually update professional expertise in the appropriate area by attending clinics, joining professional organizations, reading professional literature or any other acceptable means ? Work with the Athletic Director to solve problems at the lowest level while supporting the ideas of the program/parent/coaches concerning procedures ? Shall perform such necessary details in this position which are not specifically stated but which are considered by competent authorities to be generally associated with the Coaching position Desired Experience, Competencies and Education: ?
