It allows you to: + **Define Compensation Plans:** Configure various incentive plans based on individual or team performance, sales targets, and other criteria + **Track Performance:** Monitor sales performance and other relevant metrics that trigger incentive payouts + **Automate Calculations:** The software automatically calculates incentives based on pre-defined rules and formulas. + **Generate Reports:** Produce comprehensive reports and dashboards to analyze performance, identify trends, and track payouts + **Manage Payouts:** Facilitate the accurate and timely disbursement of incentive payments **Basic, Required Qualifications:** Minimum of five years of experience with Varicent ICM, including: a. Extensive expertise in quality assurance and testing within the ICM framework. b.
