Kforce has a direct client looking for a Varicent ICM Lead for a 100% remote contract opportunity to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to deliver a scalable, integrated solution that supports our incentive compensation strategies. Responsibilities: * Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Varicent ICM platform, including system design, configuration, and deployment * Collaborate with business and product teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional Varicent models * Design and develop calculation logic, workflows, and reporting metrics using Varicent Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin tools * Configure compensation plans, quotas, crediting rules, and incentive structures within Varicent * Build and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS) for data ingestion and export * Perform data modeling, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and performance * Create dashboards and reports to support compensation analytics and business insights * Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end users and stakeholders * Participate in system upgrades, testing, and ongoing enhancements
