Kforce has a client in San Ramon, CA that is seeking a Variable Ops Implementation Consultant. Responsibilities: * Lead dealership training and support throughout all phases of the DMS implementation lifecycle * Deliver effective and engaging training to staff across accounting, sales, F&I, and other departments * Coordinate internal implementation specialists to ensure on-time, high-quality execution * Serve as the point of contact for dealership stakeholders, ensuring alignment and milestone completion * Manage onboarding tasks with attention to detail, using structured checklists and documentation * Identify and resolve risks early to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction * Support dealership accounting functions, including AP/AR, journal entries, schedule reconciliations, and daily deposits * Support automotive sales operations, including desking, F&I processes, and deal validation in compliance with OEM, lender, and regional regulations * Collaborate with remote and on-site teams to provide transparent, seamless support
