What You'll Do
You will be a business partner to the Vantage management and leadership team, enabling metric-based decision making for Global Vantage operations and economics. The Vantage Business Analyst is expected to provide management information, analysis, and coordination support through: MIS and Analysis
Analyze large data sets with ability to draw conclusions and provide insights to stakeholdersSupport Global Operations Director and Global Business Manager in both ad hoc and standard PowerPoint & Excel reportsRunning weekly and monthly reporting and analysis, send key highlights to Leadership TeamWork with Vantage team members to customize data sharing platforms, including MS 365 applications and SABAMaintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data regularlyEnsuring the base data is captured accurately (incl. operations data)Partner with L&D team to understand fundamental impact of learning programs and match with ops dataInterpret stakeholder business needs and translate them into operational requirementsBusiness Operations Associate YOU’LL BE BASED IN CITY: Heredia COUNTRY: Costa Rica YOU’LL BE TRAVELING YOUR EMPLOYEE TYPE IS Regular YOUR JOB TYPE IS Full-time

Degree in computer science, information management, business administration or a related field
