The Business Unit Manager is responsible for driving extraordinary performance in all success areas: Environmental, Health & Safety, delivery, cost reduction, quality, and cultivating employee engagement. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
