As a Sales Engineer within our Original Equipment team, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and delivering expert technical support for our industry-leading valve solutions across Australia’s East Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet and Exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales targets.
Utilise the CRM tool to capture and manage customer contact data, sales opportunities, projects and sales forecasts.
Grow and maintain rapport with critical customers and new customers to increase overall customer satisfaction with Weir Minerals.
Operate as a fully functioning member of the OE Sales Team actively contributing whenever necessary in addressing cross functional business issues.
Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Proven long-term experience in industrial environments, ideally within the mining, resources, or heavy engineering sectors.
Strong understanding of valves, pipeline systems, and related fluid control technologies is highly desirable.
Ability to travel to site when required within the APAC region.
Hands-on expertise in pumping and fluid handling equipment is desirable
Ability to read and interpret documents such as, technical specifications, arrangement drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
