McKenzie Valve & Machining is looking for a safety-conscious candidate that is willing to learn and grow with the business. This is a role where you will work in a TEAM environment where safety always comes first.

The Valve Assembler position performs maintenance, assessment, repair, and testing on various types of industrial valves.

Job Requirements:

Responsible for repair and testing of various valves, including but not limited to ball valves, gate valves, usr valves and ufr top valves, safety relief valves, angle valves etc.

Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly, and testing of valves.

Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all internal and external Quality Control standards that apply to the job.

Thoroughly understand and successfully complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs.

Communicate timely updates to management, co-workers, to ensure timely and successful completion of job responsibilities.

Works closely with co-workers, management, and safety manager to ensure compliance with OSHA, McKenzie Valve and Machining, and all other safety regulations.
