As the Value Stream Operations Lead, you will act at the responsible point of contact for the products within the assigned Value Stream(s) for production planning, supply chain, production, quality, and logistics to meet program milestones, successfully transition product to the factory, support on-time delivery of high-quality products, support rate-readiness activities, and achieve cost and sales targets. Ideally, this position will be based at our Rockford, IL site. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
