Assigned as the chair of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) accountable for managing the contract lifecycle, cost schedule, performance and on-time delivery of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Serves as the face of the organization to clients and customers. Has Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for a specified value stream or group of value streams within a business segment or portfolio. The Value Stream Leader (VSL) will communicate with management (and/or customers) through briefing packages, EACs, and technical proposals, Gate Reviews and present Program Plans that accurately reflect the program's health and must be achievable. Since there are generally no direct reports to the VSL in a matrixed organization, the VSL must have good communication skills to engage the team and functional management in order to achieve results. This will include working with section and department managers to ensure the team members have the correct technical skills to execute the program. The VSL must continue to evaluate the needed skills and develop high performing teams. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
