As a Value Realization Offering Leader, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative strategies that deliver measurable outcomes for our clients. As an experienced leader, you will develop and execute the global strategy for the Value Realization Office (VRO), working closely with the Consult Market Leader. You will be responsible for creating innovative offerings and go-to-market strategies, empowering consulting teams through training and mentorship, and actively supporting business development and sales pursuits. Your future responsibilities will include overseeing client delivery quality, managing pipeline governance, mentoring junior team members, and building and maintaining strategic global partnerships. You will also manage VRO budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance, while identifying and mitigating risks across VRO initiatives. A key part of your role will be to drive innovation in VRO methodologies and tools, and to represent the organization as a thought leader through publications, conference speaking engagements, and participation in industry forums.
