Within LLP business (Lead Logistics Partner) we deliver 4PL (fourth parts logistic) services for our European and global customers. Your role:
You will lead supply chain improvement initiatives across multiple LLP transformation projects, focusing on transport strategy and network optimization. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, you'll collaborate with customer teams to design sustainable and cost-effective logistics solutions. Key responsibilities include analyzing supply chain processes, developing \"what-if\" scenarios, and supporting budget forecasting through freight cost modeling.

Manage complex customer requests by designing innovative, cost-effective, and deliverable supply chain solutions with a strong focus on transport optimization, network design, and reverse logistics,Act as a strategic partner for the customer, translating business needs into tailored LLP solutions while maintaining high-level engagement with executive stakeholders,Conduct in-depth data analysis and end-to-end process assessments (including Gemba walks) to identify pain points and propose measurable improvements,Prepare, present, and implement customer proposals, ensuring alignment with best practices and DHL templates while challenging outdated paradigms,Track, validate, and report on Gainshare savings and sustainability outcomes, explaining any variances from initial forecasts,Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, IT) to validate costs, build BCAs, and ensure commercial viability of proposed solutions,Use DHL tools and systems (e.g., TLCM portal) to document and monitor supply chain improvement initiatives, following the Zero Failure Model,Lead cross-functional value creation projects, sharing knowledge across teams and sectors to strengthen DHL’s LLP offering.Who are we looking for?
Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation or logistics, with a strong track record of successfully implemented supply chain solutions,Fluency in English;Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenges and needs to be addressed,Ability to analyze complex cause & effect relationships and communicate results,Strong analytical thinking with the ability to build data models, run scenario analyses, and evaluate the operational and financial impact of improvement projects.Solid commercial understanding of supply chain cost drivers and experience building business cases to support project decisions,Project management and facilitation skills, including conducting workshops and engaging in customer due diligence,Professional communication skills,Cross-cultural awareness and ability to work in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders,Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior customer leadership.What happens after sending a CV with your application?
