Value Based Performance Coordinator
Job Summary Value-Based Performance Coordinator Partnered with physician and administrative leaders, the Value-Based Performance Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies, standards, programs and practices addressing quality improvement to maximize revenue through department initiatives. Initiatives will include various commercial payer performance programs to support the vision elements of Novant Health. Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday- Friday Location: Remote with Ocassional onsite meetings At Novant Health, one of our core values is diversity and inclusion. Qualifications Education: 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field, required. Graduate Degree, preferred. Experience: Three years progressive leadership experience, preferably in health care setting; required. Experience in an administrative, operational, CI or strategic role with Novant Health or other comparable healthcare organization is preferred, with strong financial background. Pay for performance experience; preferred. Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency assessment. Must be collaborative and a team builder. Utilizes servant leadership. Collaborates with the team members and staff, VPs, directors, physicians and other key stakeholders. Job Opening ID 107119
