Principle Responsibilities:
Maintain Product Quality and positive yieldsMonitor SSOP both shifts and record findingsMaintain JBS 5s expectations in production area and officeMonitor Metal & Chemical Control processes and record findingsVerify shift cleanup has been performed and meets cleanliness expectationsSet up records for the next production day with accurate informationComplete daily records with accurate information with real time dataManage supply costsVerify all processes dailyVerify product labels are printed with accurate date and informationVerify all product packaging dailyVerify all product meets customer specificationsVerify knives, scabbards and knife box is maintaining in a sanitary manner, record findingsPerform daily quality audits and record the findingsPerform daily cart tare verificationPerform daily leaker auditsSupport supervisor with daily processes and replace TM as neededPerform all data entry dailyFill in for supervisor during absenceFile daily recordsSupport the business unit needs and fill in during staffing absenceQualifications:

Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalency required
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a food manufacturing plant or similar.
