Validation Services Product Manager - Payments - Vice President

As a Product Manager in Validation Services, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
  Job responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Works with highly cross functional set of stakeholders in sales, tech, and commercialization teams to execute of business and client priorities. Actively manages clients and partners, both external & internal, towards common objectives. Proactively manages new product or synergies pipeline that anticipates and/or responds to ecosystem stakeholder needs, market trends to ensure best-in-class offering in the market.  Executes on distribution and channels partner framework to scale the business in the US and other priority global markets. Develops and executes the GTM strategy for new products and features. Develops and manages client onboarding processes with a keen eye on streamlining those to improve time-to-market, executes on organization wide risk & controls processes. Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.   Manages pilot success and paves the way for full scale commercialization of those products. Develops high-quality collateral for internal and external consumption. Reports and owns product performance and business KPIs. 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Demonstrated prior experience of product development and working with technology teams. Proven experience in partnership management and client facing. Client first approach, ownership mindset, and strong PnL focus. Strong regulatory and controls mindset to execute on deliverables leveraging the internal processes. Experience in working and aligning with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders towards the common objective.  Has Bachelors or Master’s degree.  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Experience with Trust & Safety services such Account Validation, Identity Verification and/or Know your Customer/Business products and services. Understanding of B2B products & services. Exceptionally strong presentation and communication skills. Executing on the go-to-market strategy.
