Essential Functions:

The Valet Parking Attendant forms part of the Rooms Division and assists the hotel lobby and arrival/departure experience of the hotel. A valet attendant is responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure. The valet parking attendant returns vehicles from the parking lot promptly and safely and provides excellent customer service to each guest

Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers.Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.Must have experience in a line or supervisory position in related position.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Greet guest arriving at the resort and drive their vehicle safely to a designated parking areaProvides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractionsMonitors property front entrance and guest arrivalsReports any problems or unusual activities to managementProvides exceptional, courteous, friendly and memorable service to guests and employees that differentiates us from the competitionAssists guests promptly and courteously in valet check-inParks vehicles in designated areas in accordance with standard stacking procedures to maximize speed and efficiency of parking serviceRetrieves vehicles from valet lot, in accordance with established safety guidelines and offers guests a sincere farewellAssists with bags and offers directionsWe are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of guest services and front of house operations, have creativity and organization is key along with a strong work ethic and people skills. Applicants are required to have at least three to five years in room division capacity. Good Communication skills Must have previous relevant work experience. Must have a driving license
