**Job Summary** The Valet provides courteous and professional parking assistance for patients, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for safely operating, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles while ensuring a welcoming experience. The Valet also assists with mobility devices or luggage and maintains a clean, organized valet area to support smooth traffic flow and excellent customer service. **Essential Functions** + Greets guests upon arrival, opens vehicle doors, and provides prompt valet service. + Safely drives, parks, and retrieves guest/patient vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and facility guidelines. + Maintains accurate records of vehicle information, valet tickets, and keys. + Assists patients or guests with mobility devices, luggage, or other personal items as needed. + Communicates effectively with guests, staff, and team members to ensure a seamless service experience. + Maintains a clean, orderly, and professional valet area at all times. + Reports any vehicle damage or safety concerns immediately. + Provides general information or directions to facility locations as requested. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Complies with all policies and standards. **Qualifications** + 1-3 years of customer service or valet driving experience preferred **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. + Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. + Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record. + Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly in fast-paced environments. + Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and safety. **Licenses and Certifications** + DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required Equal Employment Opportunity This organization does not discriminate in any way to deprive any person of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect the status of any employee because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, citizenship, veteran status, or military or uniformed services, in accordance with all applicable governmental laws and regulations.
