Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time and part-time Valets to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Valet, you are the first interaction with guests upon their arrival, so a great impression is key. You will greet and assist guests in a positive, courteous manner, park and retrieve guest vehicles, and adhere to department operational standards.

 

Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay $11.55 - $11.55 / hour

What will you do?Explain the valet payment process; issue guests customer claim and final exit release checks, also ensuring the final claim check corresponds with written informationOpen and inspect the vehicles for damage prior to parking, noting all damagePark and secure the vehicle, ensuring doors and windows are locked and closedFill out and affix key tag to guest key; turn tagged keys to the key room window, immediately after parking guest’s vehicleRetrieve the vehicle in a safe and timely manner
