Safety Kleen in Midland, TX seeking a motivated and results-driven Vacuum Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves growing existing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales & environmental services background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts to achieve sales targets by selling new lines of business.
+ Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
+ Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product development) to ensure client satisfaction.
+ Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
+ Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.
+ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field (preferred but not required).
+ Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Background in Environmental Health & Safety (preferred but not required)
+ Ability to work independently and manage 300+ client accounts.
+ Experience using Salesforce and/or other CRM tools is a plus.
+ Goal-oriented mindset with a track record
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Valid Class B CDL
+ Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment
+ Use of various mobile devices
+ Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
+ Perform physical functions per job requirements
+ Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
+ Per OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.34, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Commercial driver experience
+ Hazmat and Tanker endorsement
+ Previous Hazmat experience
+ Previous route driving experience
+ Operate a manual transmission
+ Business to business sales experience
+ Strong customer service background
