Vaccines Medical Manager Algeria
**_About the job_** _The Vaccines Medical Manager, Algeria will be responsible of the implementation of the Medical Strategy for the specified product/therapeutic area under the guidance of the Country Medical Head and in close partnership with the Africa medical franchise head, in alignment with the overall strategy. The position will be 60% customer facing and 40% Internal._ **Main responsibilities:** + _Have a deep therapy area expertise and product knowledge including competitor data._ + _Utilise strong business acumen to assist the cross-functional team, acting as a key business partner to the organisation._ + _Initiate and drive impactful medical projects to raise standards of care (SoC) and improve clinical practice._ + _Engage with Key Decision Makers & Therapeutic Area Experts in high-value scientific activities according to the Stakeholder Engagement Plan._ + _Provide high-quality, accurate, balanced and directed information to these key stakeholders and generate valuable and actionable insights._ + _Lead and drive rapid integrated evidence planning and execution through deep understanding of internal and external stakeholder needs and robust data gaps analysis._ + _Support investigators in Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS) submissions and follow-up._ + _Create industry leading digital educational and scientific content that is timely, relevant, interactive and innovative._ + _Drive collaborative relationships with the Medical Franchise Head of the specified product/therapeutic area under the guidance of the Country Medical Head._ + _Manage medical information to ensure efficient and effective answers to queries._ + _Ensure that medical compliance for all medical activities, is followed within Sanofi, under the guidance of the Medical Head and E&BI Officers at a local level._ **_About you_** **Education/Experience/Certification** + _MD or PharmD (mandatory)._ + _Relevant experience in Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations (mandatory)._ + _Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory)._ + _A background in vaccinology/infectious diseases is highly appreciated._ **Technical/Soft skills** + _Good understanding of the continuum of data generation including clinical development, Real World Evidence (RWE) and data gaps analysis._ + _Ability to act independently with a solution-oriented and balanced approach to the grey areas._ + _Excellent communication skills including driving challenging discussions._ + _Digital ready, effective in using multiple channels and formats of scientific engagement._ **_Why choose us?_** _The ‘Africa Vaccines Medical Team’ at Sanofi is a high-performing team of Medical leaders who are a trusted source of scientific & Medical information and shared insights; effective and innovative strategic partners to our internal and external stakeholders; and dedicated to public health.
