The Vacations Connectivity Consultant collaborates closely with Pricing, Content and Partner Engagement in order to execute the technical onboarding of hotel partners into the Southwest Vacations platform. This role acts as the single point of contact for newly signed partners through their integration process, including coordination, setup, testing, and content validation. The Vacations Connectivity Consultant is a detail-oriented, strategic thinker who is ready to drive the future of Southwest Airlines through forward-looking planning, tooling integrations and partner expansions.

ResponsibilitiesLead partner onboarding efforts from contract signature through successful technical integrationCoordinate kickoff calls and manage the onboarding checklist across internal teamsCollaborate with Pricing and Content teams to validate inventory and ensure pricing accuracyCollaborate on connectivity initiatives with regional teams and central technology to align with business goals.Perform connectivity testing and resolve configuration or content issuesSupport troubleshooting efforts and resolve technical issues during account activation to ensure smooth onboarding.Support refinement of connectivity procedures with hotel suppliers, CRS, PMS, and Channel Managers to ensure seamless performance.Act as the primary point of contact for the partner throughout onboarding (handoff occurs post-launch)Track and report onboarding status and partner readiness milestonesMaintain internal documentation and ensure handoffs to post-onboarding support are clean and completeSupport leadership with additional strategic initiatives as neededMay perform other duties as directed by Employee’s LeadershipKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of the hotel and travel industry, with familiarity in OTA or channel manager ecosystems preferredSkilled in organization and time management, with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficientlyAbility to effectively communicate and coordinate with partnersAbility to troubleshoot partner-facing and content issues in collaboration with internal teamsAbility to self-start with attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesEducation
Required - High School Diploma or GEDExperience
Preferred: Experience in project management in cross-functional environments.Preferred: Experience working directly with partner contacts, coordinating between business and technical teams, and navigating competing priorities. Competitive market salary from $110,700.00 - $111,900.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
