Software testing of Locomotive sub-systems using Hardware in Testing Loop(HITL).Working experience on Simulators using LAB VIEW Models & Virtual Simulators(Emulators).Validation Data Analysis, Defect Identification, Root Cause Analysis.Good Experience on Creating of Testcase design and Test Methodologies.Working experience on tools like IBM Doors, ClearQuest.Creative thinking about testing improvements to positively impact usability, function, and performance.Experience in multiple levels of SDLC.Good Understanding and knowledge on Locomotive Control system.Knowledge on Automation will be added advantage.

Mostly office environments with Simulator test involvement and occasional on locomotive testing.
Must be physically capable of safely boarding/off-boarding and testing on operational locomotives
Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM
Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
