V&V Coordinator & Analyst

This dual-role position combines executive support with operational analysis to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team and broader operations. The role requires adaptability to preferred working styles, strong organizational and communication skills, as well as analytical capabilities to monitor and report on operational performance.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience in operations Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Outlook calendar management and office software. Experience coordinating travel and managing complex itineraries. Analytical mindset with experience in data collection, analysis, and dashboard management (tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Ability to work proactively, maintain confidentiality, and handle multiple priorities effectively. Prior experience supporting executives and conducting operational analysis is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Analyst:

Update and maintain dashboards related to operational performance to provide accurate, timely insights to leadership. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and support process optimization efforts. Prepare regular reports and presentations that communicate operational metrics and performance results. Support decision-making by providing actionable insights based on data analysis. Assist with ad hoc data requests and analytical projects as needed to support operational goals.

V&V Coordinator:

Identify and accommodate the preferred support methods for the executive and team members, ensuring productivity and seamless communication. Assist with meeting preparation by gathering and distributing materials, ensuring punctuality, and securing appropriate virtual attendance support and media needs. Prepare, update, and organize information for inclusion in strategy sessions, reports, correspondence, presentations, and budgets. Edit documents for accuracy, format, and content flow. Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, highlighting key information or curating relevant reading materials. Serve as an adjunct member of the executive’s leadership teams by attending select meetings, taking notes, tracking assignments, and following up on action items. Support organization efforts by managing online document retrieval, archiving, and compliance with the company’s records retention schedule. Assist with special projects as needed to support team and executive objectives.
