The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Project Manager who will manage IT Engineering efforts supporting the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS).
There are currently numerous silos across the Department of the Airforce (DAF) as it relates to User Experience Management (UXM) systems which is leading to fragmented data and limited insights into what the users are experiencing. As the project manager you will lead the team which aims to enhance the management of DAF digital assets by replacing existing monitoring tools with enterprise-wide monitoring tools and integrating them into a unified system that provides quantitative operational metrics and empowers IT operators with actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of engineers and junior managers (15+ FTE).
Includes personnel development, annual assessments, and semi-annual personnel evaluations.Organize, plan, schedule, and report on all elements of the Project Performance Work Statement (PWS)Develop and Maintain the Project Management PlanManaged project Risks and Issues with weekly reviews and daily updates (as required)Identify redundant efforts, make recommendations on project efficiencies, and implement continuous improvement for processes and proceduresResponsible for the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by decomposing the contract order within Project Online.Work with the program technical lead on the 2-year goals and objectives for the successful delivery of the Project Scope.Support cost management with the program finance team to manage project costs; develop ODC spend plan by quarter to track project hardware and software expenditures. Direct and review the work of project team membersWork with assigned technical lead to prioritize work and ensure successful delivery of program, and project, milestones.Annual Performance Objectives
Published quarterly WBS updates and Cyber RoadmapManage daily/weekly issues and risks within the program risk tracker; risks and issues are well documented and consistently updatedAchieve all DAF, and program/project, defined milestonesDevelop, and maintain, an accurate Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) within Microsoft Project OnlineQuarterly recommendation(s) on cost savings and/or execution efficiencies (automation, labor, ODC’s).Managed project Labor and ODC funds to within +-5% accuracy at the end of each financial year; providing monthly recommendations on cost management strategiesQualifications:

The proposed salary range for this position is:
