The UX/UI Designer is responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as a website. They will work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Investigating user experience design requirements
* Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
* Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets
* Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
* Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior
* Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
* Utilize insights from in-depth research on sales operations to identify and address critical pain points and improvement opportunities within sales processes and technology applications
* Design solutions that set new industry standards and seamlessly incorporate AI and automation to tackle challenges in sales processes
* Develop AI-driven tools and workflows that standardize sales activities, enhance workflow proficiency, reduce manual tasks, and improve lead management
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create a unified customer data system that supports dynamic account management strategies tailored to diverse seller archetypes
* Lead the design refresh of end-to-end seller workflows to ensure a comprehensive and positive user experience
