A Senior UX/UI Designer is a leader in the field of user experience and interface design. They possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and leverage their expertise to create intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences. They go beyond simply designing visually appealing interfaces; they conduct user research, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic design solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. Senior UX/UI Designers often mentor junior designers, lead design workshops, and present their work to stakeholders at all levels. They are adept at using a wide range of design tools and technologies and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends. Their work has a measurable impact on the success of digital products and services.
Duties:
1.Advanced UX:
Strategic design based on qualitative and quantitative research (user research, interviews, surveys). Creation of Customer Journey Maps and other UX artifacts to visualize and understand user behavior. Leading design workshops and co-creation sessions with clients, facilitating collaborative design processes.2. Advanced UI:
Designing innovative and user-friendly interfaces with meticulous attention to detail in typography, color, and animations. Leading the creation and maintenance of design systems for clients or complex projects, ensuring consistency and scalability3.Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Marvel. Familiarity with design frameworks like Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines. Strong collaboration with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and address technical constraints.4.Differentiating Skills:
Experience with AR/VR or immersive experience design, pushing the boundaries of user interaction. Knowledge of AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway), leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance the design process. Experience working on global projects with international teams, demonstrating adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills.Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience, or related fields. Experience: 6+ years in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years leading projects or teams in agencies. Portfolio: Outstanding work showcasing successful projects with measurable impact, preferably for well-known brands. The portfolio should demonstrate a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and a high level of visual design execution. English: Advanced level, with a focus on professional communication and collaboration.Skills:
Leadership and mentoring skills to support and guide mid-level and junior designers. Strategic vision and a problem-solving mindset, approaching challenges with creativity and analytical thinking.
