UX/UI Designer
**Job Description:** We’re seeking a User Experience Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our next-generation enterprise platform. You’ll bring a strategic and hands-on approach to designing intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital products. This role requires deep experience in product and platform design, a strong systems-thinking mindset, and fluency in building and maintaining design systems and component libraries. You’ll be an expert in Figma and Figma prototyping, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. **Responsibilities** + Lead the end-to-end UX design process for complex software and platform experiences. from discovery and requirements through delivery. + Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to define and implement innovative user-centric solutions. + Design workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups in Figma, bringing ideas to life with clarity and polish. + Build, manage, and evolve a scalable component library and design system that aligns with product vision and engineering needs. + Conduct and participate in user research, usability testing, and validation to guide design decisions. + Champion design consistency and usability across products and features. **Qualifications** + 5+ years of professional experience designing for web-based platforms, enterprise software, or complex product ecosystems. + Proven track record delivering intuitive and elegant design solutions for real-world users. + Expertise in Figma, including prototyping, auto layout, variables, and team libraries. + Strong understanding of component-based design, accessibility, and responsive design principles. + Experience building and maintaining design systems and collaborating with front-end engineers to ensure design integrity. + Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills. + Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines. + A compelling portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design process for complex digital products and/or platforms. + Familiarity with AI-assisted experiences or data visualization tools. + Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML/CSS, REACT and design handoff tools like Zeplin or Storybook.
