You Are:

UST is searching for a UX/UI Designer who will collaborate with product, development, and business teams to transform requirements into user-centric solutions.

 

The opportunity:

·       Design modern, usable, and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile products.

·       Develop high-fidelity user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

·       Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and transform findings into concrete experience improvements.

·       Implement and evolve the company's design system.

·       Ensure visual consistency and accessibility across all platforms.

 

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.

·       Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

·       Solid knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.

·       Experience creating interactive prototypes and responsive design.

·       Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and good design practices for development (no programming required).

·       Knowledge of digital accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design (desirable).

·       Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

·       Clear and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

·       Ability to empathize with the user and translate insights into action.

·       Attention to detail without losing sight of the overall product vision.
