SAP’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is shaping secure cloud applications—and this role puts you at the center of user experience. As a UX Specialist in Brno, you’ll design intuitive interfaces for microservice-based IAM solutions used across global cloud landscapes.
Bring it
You’re a creative UX designer with a cloud-first mindset and a passion for usability. You bring:
3+ years of experience in UX design or related fields
Proficiency in Figma or similar UX tools
Experience with user research, usability testing, and visual design
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
Preferred familiarity with SAP Fiori Design Guidelines
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to share knowledge
Build it
You’ll shape the UX of SAP’s IAM cloud applications. Your work will:
Analyze customer requirements and conduct user research
Design and validate new and refactored apps for Identity and Access Governance
Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency and usability
Support product and development teams in meeting design standards
Identify learning opportunities and share insights with peers
