Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:
Preparation and planning of quantitative and qualitative user research and testing activities for projects;Carrying out quantitative and qualitative user research and testing activities for projects;Evaluation of user surveys, as well as synthesis of the results;Idea generation and creation of first rough concepts;Supporting in human centered design solutions and developing concepts;Presentation of project results and implementation of workshops;Project management of comprehensive UX projects (UX phases 1-4).QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Education & Experience:
Academic background and trainings for specific knowledge and skills in the field of UX Research;Proven experience in UX projects, applying Human-Centered Design (HCD) process and Design Thinking methodologies;Demonstrated know-how and competencies in UX expertise field (e.g. user research methods and quality criteria for UX target states).Personality & Working Methods:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present research findings to diverse audiences (e.g., designers, developers, product managers, stakeholders);Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals;Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies;Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for understanding user behavior.Languages:
