UX Researcher, Research & Beta, Amazon Music
Amazon.com
Are you passionate about shaping music and audio experiences through thoughtful, human-centered research? Do you see research as a generative force, not just a checkpoint? We’re looking for a mid-level Experience Researcher to join our Amazon Music Research & Beta team and partner closely with product designers and strategists to explore what’s possible, and what matters most to our fans.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional collaborative settings and is energized by the challenge of translating deep insight into meaningful design and strategy.
A day in the life
• Independently lead mixed-method research initiatives across the Amazon Music ecosystem (mobile, voice, web, and beyond).
• Collaborate daily with designers to co-develop hypotheses, test early concepts, and drive iterative design through research.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, synthesis sessions, and insight-to-action discussions with product, tech, and design teams.
• Develop frameworks and research artifacts that help the org make strategic, customer-centric decisions.
• Contribute to building repeatable, scalable research practices that raise the bar for our work and our thinking.
