The Amazon Music Research & Beta team is looking for an early-career Experience Researcher who is passionate about human-centered design, eager to grow their craft, and thrives in creative collaboration with product designers, researchers, and marketing and industry teams.

As an Experience Researcher, you’ll be embedded in a multidisciplinary team working to craft thoughtful, seamless experiences across Amazon Music. You’ll learn to advocate for the customer with rigor and imagination, and help connect the voices of fans to the heart of the design process.

A day in the life
• Partner with product designers and other researchers to plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research across multiple customer touch points.
• Assist in developing usability tests, surveys, and interview protocols that surface insights to inform product decisions.
• Participate in synthesis, co-design sessions, and research share-outs to ensure insights drive creative problem-solving.
• Collaborate with fellow Research & Beta team members to support smooth study execution and feedback collection at scale.
• Learn and apply Amazon’s mechanisms for working backwards from customer needs.
