We are seeking a thoughtful and experienced UX Product Researcher to join our team in supporting the global mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In this role, you will plan, conduct, and share research that informs the design of a wide range of Church products—from mobile and web applications to curriculum, visitor centers, and more.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experiences and ensure products meet the needs of members and users around the world. You may be asked to mentor and train other on UX research methodology.
Your work will directly support Church leaders and administrators in making informed, inspired decisions. This position supports the Correlation Research Division's assignment to provide timely, relevant, and reliable information to General Authorities and Church administrators to help them respond to the diverse challenges and opportunities of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as it shares its message throughout the world.
We especially welcome applicants who bring multilingual fluency and cross-cultural sensitivity to the needs of cultures outside the US and Canada, as we strive to serve a diverse, global Church. Individuals hired in this role may be asked to temporarily relocate (1–2 years) to an area of the Church outside the US and Canada to support global research efforts.
