We are seeking a Designer to execute on beautiful, smart, and customer-focused digital and brand experiences for IMDb.
As a member of the IMDb Creative Studio team, you will advocate for and execute against design excellence both internally and with advertising partners. You're driven to design brand stories that connect with customers and take delight in building experiences for our advertising customers. You are both imaginative and pragmatic, and are not afraid to reimagine existing elements to provide customers with the most delightful experiences.
Key job responsibilities
Design beautiful, useful, and desirable advertising experiences that support our offshore program and help scale IMDb Advertising
Operate under fast deadlines to build efficiently for the Creative Studio production design pipeline.
Create user-centered designs by considering analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes
Extract complex concepts and quickly turn around high-fidelity mockups reflecting a range of options
Work with campaign and product managers to plan projects for effective delivery while maintaining high standards for design
Drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements independently

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience in prototyping
- Knowledge of mobile and web design patterns and accessibility standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Experience with visual design demonstrated through mockups and style guides
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a variety of design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools
- 3+ years experience in Figma, Photoshop and Sketch, comfortable with After Effects

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $158,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
