Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a UX Instructional Designer - Motion & Media. Summary: Are you a visual storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We're looking for a creative and driven Motion & Visual Designer to join our UX Instructional Design team. In this role, you'll bring learning experiences to life through compelling motion graphics, animation, and video content that's not only effective-but delightful. Duties: * Design and produce visual content-graphics, motion, animation, and video-for digital learning experiences * Collaborate with instructional designers, UX writers, researchers, and clinical experts to craft safe, engaging, and user-centered learning solutions * Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives using storyboards, prototypes, and interactive presentations * Partner with Human Factors and User Research teams to test and refine concepts based on real user feedback * Present your work to cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence * Ensure all designs meet regulatory standards for medical devices while maintaining a high bar for user delight * Contribute to the evolution of our design language, standards, and frameworks * Support both tactical and innovative instructional design initiatives in an agile environment * Learn and grow under the mentorship of senior UX/ID professionals
