We’re seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer to help drive the development and evolution of the Employee Experience Design System (EXDS) within our Enterprise Technology team. Supporting the Corporate Staff line of business, this role plays a key part in shaping the internal tools and platforms that enhance the daily work experience for employees across the organization. Candidates must sit in: Brooklyn, NY OR Columbus, OH.Responsibilities: Contribute to the design, iteration, and documentation of the Employee Experience Design System (EXDS). Collaborate with design leads, developers, and accessibility partners to ensure cohesive and compliant experiences. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma and Sketch. Translate complex workflows and systems into intuitive user interfaces for internal platforms. Conduct or participate in design reviews, usability testing, and continuous improvement efforts. Advocate for consistency and best practices across internal tools and experiences. Deliver production-ready design assets and support development implementation. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in UX design, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments. Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design. Proficient in Figma, Sketch, InVision, or equivalent tools. Solid communication and collaboration skills.
