Supporting the Corporate Staff line of business, this position focuses on improving the internal tools and platforms that power the day-to-day work of our corporate employees. If you’re passionate about creating seamless, user-centered solutions that make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.The position will work closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and other designers to ensure the EXDS is intuitive, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards and accessibility requirements.Candidates must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in either Brooklyn, NY or Columbus, OH. Responsibilities: Contribute to the design, iteration, and documentation of the Employee Experience Design System (EXDS). Collaborate with design leads, developers, and accessibility partners to ensure cohesive and compliant experiences. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma and Sketch. Translate complex workflows and systems into intuitive user interfaces for internal platforms. Conduct or collaborate on design reviews, usability testing, and continuous improvement cycles. Advocate for consistency and best practices across internal tools and experiences. Deliver production-ready design assets and support development implementation. Qualifications:Advanced UX Designer: 6+ years of experience in UX design, with proven experience contributing to or leading the creation of design systems. Deep understanding of enterprise-level employee experience and internal tooling. Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, system thinking, and scalable design patterns.
