We’re looking for a UX Designer who’s passionate about crafting clear, effective user experiences that simplify complex workflows. You’ll work on digital tools that empower salespeople, partners, and internal teams—improving how they work and interact with the business. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, iterative design, and turning insights into impactful product experiences.
What You’ll Do
Own the UX design of a product area or feature within a larger experience ecosystemCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define scope and translate requirements into intuitive experiencesParticipate in and lead your own user research efforts to understand needs, workflows, and pain pointsDesign and iterate wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity UI mockups that align with broader experience goalsHelp visualize current and future-state experiences through journey maps, concept models, and interaction flowsCommunicate design decisions clearly and participate in reviews to gather feedback and ensure alignmentContribute to building cohesive, human-centered solutions in an enterprise environmentBasic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, computer science or related fields5+ years of UX design experienceStrong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking, from research insights to final UISkilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with solid understanding of UX and UI best practicesFamiliarity with research techniques, journey mapping, and accessibility standardsPreferred Qualifications
UX design experience in enterprise or internal tool environmentsAbility to break down complex problems into elegant, user-centered solutionsComfortable presenting ideas visually and verbally to peers and cross-functional partnersLenovo's North America Headquarters is based in Raleigh, NC. We are open to remote candidates in US but you must be able to work during East Coast business hours.
