Your expertise in Figma, along with your passion for constantly refining processes and learning, will be instrumental in driving our design initiatives forward. **Responsibilities:** + Build: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements. Build intuitive, user-centered designs and wireframes that align with project objectives. + UI Design: Collaborate with visual designers to ensure the development of visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces. Apply brand guidelines and design principles to build polished and pixel-perfect UI designs that improve the overall user experience. + Customer Focus: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Analyze data and translate insights into actionable design improvements. + Interaction Design: Building interactive prototypes and design systems using Figma, ensuring seamless and delightful user interactions. Implementing industry standards to build consistent and cohesive experiences. + Strategy Development: Engage with customers to determine project goals, objectives, and success metrics. Craft user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to direct the design process. + Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and visual designers, to ensure successful implementation of designs. Clearly communicate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to collaborators. + Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry trends, standard processes, and new technologies. Actively look for opportunities to improve design processes and workflows, contributing to the growth and development of the design team. **Requirements:** + Strong proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities. + A portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects, demonstrating expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing. + Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with the ability to translate research insights into actionable design solutions. + Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate and explain design concepts to technical and non-technical collaborators. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for constantly refining processes and learning. + Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. + Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
