UX Designer

 

ProcessStrong knowledge in UX process and executing UX projects in the agile and lean environmentUser Research:Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours.Develop user personas to represent different user groups and inform design decisions.Prepare user journeys, task flows, user flows and competitive analysis against the industry trendsDesign Execution and DocumentationCreate sitemaps, user flows, and information architecture to define the structure and navigation of a product.Develop high-fidelity visual designs, including layouts, typography, color schemes, and UI elements that align with brand guidelines.Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.Document design philosophy and prepare detailed annotations in the mock-ups for developers to followCollaboration and CommunicationCollect requirements by collaborating with product team, tech team.Present design ideas and concepts and articulate design rationale to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, marketing) to ensure design alignment and successful product launchMentor and guide junior UX designers, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills
